When I started Kooner Truck Repair back in 2016 with just one service truck, I never imagined we would grow into a nationwide company. It’s been a journey of passion, perseverance, and teamwork. Looking back, I’m proud of where we started, but even more excited about where we’re headed.
What has been the most rewarding part of this journey?
The most rewarding part has been building relationships with our clients and our team. Seeing our employees grow and develop their careers alongside the company is a huge highlight for me. And, of course, delivering great service to our clients and watching their businesses thrive because of the work we do—it doesn’t get better than that.
What have been some of the biggest challenges over the years?
Every business faces its challenges. For us, scaling up was one of the toughest. We grew quickly, and keeping up with demand while maintaining the high standards we set was a challenge. But it’s those challenges that pushed us to innovate, to expand into new markets, and improve our operations. We’ve learned a lot along the way.
Looking to the future, what are your goals for Kooner Fleet Management Solutions?
Our goal is to keep growing, both in terms of scale and innovation. We’ve recently launched our proprietary fleet maintenance platform, and we’re working on strengthening our partnerships. I want Kooner Fleet Management Solutions to be the name clients trust for fleet services across the country, and that requires constant improvement. There’s always more to do, and I’m excited about what’s ahead.
